FTH-208
The pocket sized FTH-208 is inconspicuous and lightweight providing reliable short area communications in a card sized package. It’s JIS7 rated water-resistance allows it to be submerged up to one meter for 30 minutes with no effect on radio service. It comes standard with a rechargeable Nickel Cadmium battery, the size of a “AA” battery, that will reduce the running costs of replacing ordinary alkaline batteries. However, a single “AA” alkaline battery will provide approximately 33 hours of radio usage*.
